When the controller is used in conjunction with an analog signal output sensor such as ultrasonic, it will automatically correct when the position of the material is shifted during winding, unwinding or conveying according to the detection signal. When the controller is used with an analog signal output sensor such as ultrasound, it calculates the size of the material position deviation according to the detection signal, and corrects the driving parameters of the correction motor in time to achieve high-precision position correction of the material. It can also be used with photoelectric and other digital signal output sensors to control the forward and reverse rotation of the correction motor to achieve the purpose of correction.
